Kashiram served Maharaj with exceptional devotion through his body, mind, and wealth. As described in Chapter 0, he stitched and gifted Maharaj a green kafni and a green cap, even though Maharaj typically wore white. He also took a vow to consistently provide Maharaj with chillum and tobacco, firewood for his Dhuni, and money whenever it might be needed. In a grand gesture of his dedication, he would often place his entire money bag at Maharaj's feet, inviting him to take as much as he wished.
