What were Sai Baba's last words concerning the Buti Wada and how did they change everything?

The destiny of the Buti Wada was completely transformed by Sai Baba's final command. As he neared the end of his life, his last words were, "Place me in the mansion." As Chapter 39 explains, these words coming directly from Baba's mouth made everyone's mind certain about the course of action. This instruction overrode the original plan to install a Murlidhar idol.
