What were Bapusaheb Buti's main anxieties when Sai Baba became gravely ill?

When Sai Baba fell seriously ill and his end seemed near, Bapusaheb Buti was overcome with anxiety and regret. As detailed in Chapter 39, his primary concern was that the lakhs of rupees spent on the mansion would be for nothing if Baba never set foot in it. He worried deeply, thinking, "After Baba has left his body, what is the use of Murlidhar or the house? What is the use of the mansion or the temple?"
