What was the 'Satya-Sai vow' that Chand Patil initiated, and how was it performed?

📖 Chapter 13

The 'Satya-Sai vow' was a tradition started by Chand Patil to express his immense gratitude for being healed by Sai Baba. Chapter 13 explains that while others in crisis might perform a Satyanarayan vow, the Patil adapted this concept. Every Thursday, after bathing, he would read from the 'Bhaktalilamrut' written by Das Ganu. Specifically, he would read the three chapters dedicated to Sainath, which he considered to be the 'Satya-Sai story.' He performed this vow regularly with friends and family, finding boundless happiness and peace of mind, and it eventually became a village custom.
