What was the Sanyasi's plea to the Mamlatdar during their first encounter at the station?

📖 Chapter 40

During their first encounter at the station, the Sanyasi made an impassioned plea to the Mamlatdar for his support in the religious work of cow protection. As recounted in Chapter 40, after being encouraged by the Master to speak, the Sanyasi approached Dev and presented himself as a humble beggar wandering to prevent cow starvation. He appealed to Dev's authority, stating, "You are the officer of the Taluka... If you just drop a word, my work will be done quickly." The Sanyasi promised that by helping, Dev would earn the blessings of the Mother Cow and achieve undisputed success.
