What was the psychological effect of the long stay in the Chavadi on Amir, and what action did he take as a result?

📖 Chapter 22

Although the stay in the Chavadi provided the rare benefit of firm companionship with Sai, the confinement eventually took a psychological toll on Amir Shakkar. Chapter 22 states that while it was a spiritual boon, externally it felt like imprisonment. Amir grew tired of staying in one place and began to perceive it as a prison. His mind started to desire freedom from this dependency, leading to the thought, 'Enough of this prison!' Consequently, without asking for Sai Baba's permission, Amir abandoned his assigned place in the Chavadi and went to Kopergaon, where he checked into a Dharmashala, setting the stage for a new, dramatic event.
