What was the project Das Ganu was working on, and why did he seek out Sai Baba's help in Shirdi?

📖 Chapter 20

As narrated in Chapter 20, Das Ganu had undertaken the task of writing a commentary on the Ishavasya Upanishad, which he titled "Ishavasya-Bhavartha-Bodhini." His noble intention was to make the profound meanings of this scripture accessible to people who were ignorant of the Sanskrit language by explaining it in simple Prakrit Ovi verses. However, he encountered a significant problem. While he could translate the text word for word, he struggled to grasp the deep, internal secret and profound meaning of the Upanishad. This lack of true understanding left his mind without joy, compelling him to travel to Shirdi to place his doubt at the feet of his Satguru, Sai Baba.
