What was the process that led Ratanji to seek help from Sai Baba?

The process that guided Ratanji to Sai Baba began with his deep-seated sorrow over not having a son. As described in Chapter 14, this constant worry made him sad and uneasy day and night. In his distress, he confided in Das Ganu, revealing the secret sorrow of his heart. Das Ganu, having great faith in Sai Baba, advised Ratanji to go to Shirdi for a solution. He instructed Ratanji to take Baba's darshan, bow at His feet, and explain his problem from beginning to end, assuring him that Baba would grant him his heart's desire. This advice appealed to Ratanji, who then resolved to make the journey and surrendered himself to Baba's grace.
