What was the original purpose for building the structure that eventually became the Samadhi Mandir?

The structure known as the Buti Wada was originally planned as a temple and mansion. According to Chapter 39, Bapusaheb Buti's plan, conveyed by Shama to Sai Baba, was to build a temple for the deity Murlidhar. The design included a central courtyard with a throne for the idol. Baba joyfully gave his permission, stating that after the mansion was finished, he and his devotees would use it to talk, walk, and play together. The construction began with the inner sanctum and a platform for Murlidhar being created.
