What was the original design and purpose for the Buti Wada, and what was Sai Baba's initial reaction to the plan?

📖 Chapter 39

The original plan for the Buti Wada, conceived by Bapusaheb Buti, was to build a temple and an adjoining mansion. As Chapter 39 describes, the temple was designed with a central courtyard and a throne in the inner sanctum intended for an idol of Murlidhar. When Shama presented these plans to Sai Baba, he reacted with joy, giving his full permission. Baba even stated, "After the temple is complete, we too shall come to stay there," and gave his blessing by having a coconut broken to mark the auspicious start of the foundation work.
