The original vision for the Buti Wada, as conceived by Bapusaheb Buti, was to be a temple and mansion complex. Chapter 39 explains that the plan included a central courtyard and an inner sanctum. Within this sanctum, a platform and throne were constructed for a deity of Murlidhar. The project was so far along that the task of creating the Murlidhar idol had already been assigned to a craftsman. Sai Baba was aware of this plan and had joyfully given his permission for its construction, even breaking a coconut to mark the auspicious start.
What was the original architectural and spiritual plan for the Buti Wada before it became the Samadhi Mandir?
