What was the family's motivation for visiting Shirdi, and how did they present their case to Sai Baba according to Chapter 34?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 34

As recounted in Chapter 34, the family's motivation to visit Shirdi was born out of desperation. Having exhausted all medical options for their son's painful bone-cyst, they heard of a famous saint in Shirdi, Sai Maharaj, who could heal diseases. They decided to try this as a final resort, hoping that if this great 'Avaliya' applied Udi with his own hand, the incurable disease might be cured. Upon arriving, they immediately sought Baba's darshan, prostrated at his feet, and with choked voices and folded hands, they made a pitiful plea. They described the child's suffering, their own exhaustion, and begged Sai to place his protective hand on the boy and remove the ailment.
