What was the exact sequence of events that led to Madhavrao Deshpande and H.S. Dixit meeting for the first time?

The first meeting between Madhavrao Deshpande and H.S. Dixit was the result of a remarkable chain of events described in Chapter 51. It began with Dixit in Ahmednagar, consumed with worry about how to get to Shirdi after his election work was done. He pleaded with the Mirikars for help. While they debated who should accompany him, a separate plan unfolded. Madhavrao received a telegram in Shirdi urging him to come to Nagar for his supposedly ill mother-in-law. After getting Baba's permission, he took a train and arrived in Nagar. As he got out of his carriage, Nanasahib Panshe and Appasahib Gadre happened to see him and, realizing he was the perfect guide, told him to go to Mirikar’s house. As Chapter 51 states, Mirikar then sent for Madhavrao, leading to his first meeting with Dixit, where their travel plans were immediately finalized.
