What was the disagreement about regarding Sai Baba's body after his passing, and how was it resolved?

Following Sai Baba's mahasamadhi, there was a significant deliberation lasting twenty-six hours about what to do with his physical body. Chapter 43 describes the different opinions that arose. One group argued, "Do not let Hindus touch this body now; let us take it to the Muslim cemetery with a ceremony." Another faction suggested keeping the body in the open and building a beautiful tomb over it. The conflict was ultimately resolved by adhering to Baba's own expressed wishes. Patil Ramachandra, a village official, was firm on the matter, recalling that Baba himself had said, "Let this body stay in the Wada." This referred to the large mansion built by Butti, and so it was decided that his final resting place would be there.
