According to the narrative in the Introduction, the Masjid where Maharaj sat and slept was in a completely dilapidated state, with dust on the floor and mud falling from the ceiling. This condition prompted devotees to act. For instance, Nanasaheb Dengle brought a wooden plank so Maharaj wouldn't have to sleep on the bare ground. Later, as described in Chapter 0, Gopalrao Gund collected many stones with the intention of rebuilding the Masjid entirely. However, Maharaj did not grant him permission for this project, indicating that the work was destined for another devotee at a later time.
