What was the condition of the Masjid where Maharaj lived, and what happened with the plans to rebuild it?

According to the Introduction, the Masjid where Maharaj sat and slept was in a completely dilapidated condition, with dust on the floor and mud falling from the ceiling. This state prompted devotees to act. Gopalrao Gund, a devotee, was moved to rebuild it and collected many stones for this purpose. However, Maharaj did not give him permission to proceed with the construction of the Masjid. The text in Chapter 0 notes that this work was to be done by another devotee. With Maharaj's command, the stones collected by Gopalrao were repurposed to build the Shani temple and renovate other temples in the village, showing Maharaj's attention to all sacred places.
