What was the complete travel itinerary for Madhavrao and Apa Kote on their pilgrimage?

The pilgrimage of Madhavrao and Apa Kote was quite extensive. According to the account in Chapter 46, their journey began after leaving Shirdi for Kopargaon. They first went to Nagpur for a thread ceremony, then to Gwalior for a wedding. From Gwalior, they traveled to Mathura. Afterwards, Madhavrao and Kote proceeded to Prayag and then entered Ayodhya during the Ramanavami festival, staying there for twenty-one days. They subsequently spent two months in Kashi and, after witnessing solar and lunar eclipses, finally left for Gaya.
