What was Tatya Patil's role in the Chavadi procession and what was his relationship with Sai Baba?

Tatya Patil's unique and loving relationship with Sai Baba was very evident during the Chavadi procession. According to the account in Chapter 37, Baba would not begin the procession until Tatya arrived. It was Tatya who would place his hand under Baba's arm to help Him rise, a gesture highlighting their deep mutual affection. Furthermore, Tatya would place a beautiful golden-bordered shawl over Baba and adjust it on His head. Their bond was so close that Tatya used to affectionately call Baba 'Mama,' or uncle. During the procession itself, Tatyaba would hold Baba's left hand, guiding and supporting Him on the way to the Chavadi, showcasing a relationship for which there is no comparison.
