What was Sai Baba's perspective on argumentation and intellectual pride?

Sai Baba held a very firm stance against argumentation and intellectual pride, viewing them as significant spiritual obstacles. As recorded in Chapter 2, He taught that a mind inclined towards argumentation is filled with ignorance and Maya. He warned that such a person is not fit for self-knowledge and is plagued by bad thoughts and false logic, leading to unhappiness in this life and the next.
