What was Sai Baba's opinion on people who like to argue and debate all the time?

Sai Baba held a very clear and critical view on argumentation. As explained in Chapter 2, He stated that a mind inclined towards argumentation is filled with an abundance of ignorance and Maya. He saw no purity of self-interest in such a mindset, only bad thoughts and false logic. Baba advised against trying to establish one's own side or refute another's, calling such dualistic explanations a 'useless effort.' He declared that a person prone to debate is not fit for self-knowledge and is instead devoured by ignorance, leading to unhappiness in this life and the next.
