What was Sai Baba's method for instructing devotees through sacred texts, and which specific books were central to this practice?

📖 Chapter 18

According to the events described in Chapter 18, Sai Baba's primary method for instruction involved the disciplined reading of holy scriptures. He would assign a devotee, namely Bapusaheb Jog, to read and explain texts daily in Sathe’s Wada. Baba would then direct other devotees who came to visit Him in the Masjid to go to the Wada and listen to these readings. The two main books central to this practice were the Jnaneshwari, also called Bhavartha Deepika, and the Nath Bhagawat, which is the eleventh Skandha of the Bhagavat. Baba facilitated this for the welfare and salvation of His followers, believing that those who perform the reading with faith can attain God instantly.
