What was Sai Baba's established routine for where he would spend his nights?

Sai Baba followed a very specific and consistent schedule for his nightly rest in Shirdi. As mentioned in Chapter 51 of the Shri Sai Satcharita, Baba had a constant rule which continued uninterrupted throughout His life. He would alternate between two primary locations for sleeping: one night would be spent in the Masjid (mosque), and the following night would be spent in the Chavadi. This alternating pattern was a well-known part of His routine, and the nights He was scheduled to proceed to the Chavadi were marked by the grand procession that the devotees so enthusiastically participated in.
