What was Madhavrao's role in the incident with the fasting old woman?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 18

Madhavrao, also known as Shama, acted as a compassionate intermediary who was deeply concerned for the old woman's well-being. According to Chapter 18, seeing the Deshmukhin become exhausted and despondent after three days of fasting, Shama became very worried. He went to the Masjid and approached Sai Baba to plead her case. He described her as very old, stubborn, and physically like a 'dry piece of wood.' Shama passionately argued that if she were to die, it would result in a scandal and bring ill-fame upon Baba. He implored Baba to give her some advice for her own good and bestow His grace to resolve the difficult situation.
