What was Laxmichand's emotional and spiritual state when he first had Sai Baba's darshan in the masjid?

When Laxmichand finally entered the masjid for Sai Baba's darshan, he was overcome with profound emotion. Chapter 28 describes that upon seeing Baba's form from a distance, his mind became full of emotion. The experience was so absorbing that he completely forgot about his hunger and thirst, attaining what is described as "the joy of his own self." He proceeded to perform a complete worship by washing Baba's feet, offering a coconut, incense, flowers, and dakshina. He became so absorbed in the bliss of being near Baba that he was likened to a bee absorbed in a lotus, fully immersed in the joy of his Guru's grace.
