What was Kakasaheb Dixit's perspective on his physical lameness, and what did he ask Sai Baba to cure instead?

📖 Chapter 4

As detailed in Chapter 4, Kakasaheb Dixit did not consider his physical lameness a significant deficiency. When Chandorkar suggested that seeing Sai would cure his leg, Dixit's focus was elsewhere. He believed that the real lameness is of the mind. Therefore, instead of asking for a physical cure, he told Sai to remove this mental lameness. Dixit viewed the physical body as a temporary "worldly carriage" composed of skin, blood, meat, and bones, and he prioritized spiritual healing over physical well-being, content to let his leg remain lame.
