As detailed in Chapter 4, December 10th was a day of notable occurrences in Shirdi. On this day, Sai Baba gave differing instructions to two prominent devotees. He gave Dixit permission to lay the foundation stone for his Wada, which was completed on that auspicious day. In contrast, Dadasaheb Khaparde, who had also arrived, was told by Baba to go home.
