What started the argument between Anna and Mavshibai, and how did Sai Baba resolve it?

The quarrel described in Chapter 24 began while devotees were serving Sai Baba. Mavshibai, a devotee of mature age, was vigorously pressing Baba's stomach and swaying with the effort. As she swayed, her face came close to Anna's, and she humorously accused him of trying to kiss her. Anna, who was also of an advanced age, became angered by this and rolled up his sleeves to argue. Seeing the conflict escalate, Sai Baba intervened with a clever trick. He lovingly said, "Oh Anna, why have you started this uproar? I don't understand what is improper in taking a kiss from the Mother." This witty remark immediately pacified both of them, causing a sprout of loving laughter to break out and ending the quarrel.
