What spiritual practices did Sai Baba most often recommend to his disciples, and why?

📖 Chapter 19

According to the details provided in Chapter 19, Sai, who is referred to as the Cloud of Mercy, mostly explained the paths of Devotion and the chanting of the Name (Namasmaran) to his followers. The text contrasts this with the path of knowledge, which is likened to a Ramphal fruit that requires effort and carries the fear of falling. Devotion, however, is compared to a Sitaphal, invaluable despite the little effort needed. Sai also emphasized that Meditation (Dhyana) is even greater than Knowledge and is a powerful means to break the bonds of a devotee's worldly existence.
