What specific events described in the Satcharitra led to Laxmichand becoming a staunch devotee of Sai Baba?

📖 Chapter 28

Laxmichand's devotion was cemented through a profound personal experience that revealed Sai Baba's divine nature. According to Chapter 28, Laxmichand was visiting Shirdi and developed a strong, silent desire for a sweet called khaja. He was also simultaneously suffering from intense hunger and back pain. Sai Baba, without being told, knew everything in Laxmichand's mind. He first arranged for khaja to be brought as an offering and then spoke words that directly mirrored Laxmichand's physical discomfort: "Hunger has come, that's good. There should be medicine for back pain." Experiencing this direct proof of Baba's inner knowledge and having his desire fulfilled, Laxmichand's love for Baba was fixed, and he began a regular practice of worship.
