What specific books did Sai Baba encourage his devotees to read, and why did he consider them so important?

📖 Chapter 18

Sai Baba placed great emphasis on the daily reading of specific sacred texts, primarily the 'Jnaneshwari', which is also known as the 'Bhavartha Deepika', and the 'Nath Bhagawat', which is the eleventh Skandha of the Bhagavat. As Chapter 18 explains, Baba considered these divinely inspired books a direct path to God for those who read them with faith. He instructed his devoted disciple Dixit and assigned Sakharam Hari Jog to read them daily in Sathe’s Wada for the salvation and welfare of all devotees. Baba's own stories would often miraculously mirror the content being read from these books, confirming their profound spiritual value and showing that his speech was essentially a translation of their wisdom.
