What specific actions did Sai Baba perform just before leaving the Masjid for the Chavadi procession?

Before setting out for the Chavadi, Sai Baba performed a few personal rituals. As described in Chapter 37, once Tatya Patil had placed the golden-bordered shawl over Him, Baba would approach a bundle of firewood kept against a wall. There, He would move His right big toe for a moment. Following this, He would personally wave His right hand over the burning flame of the dhuni, extinguishing it before beginning the procession. These actions, performed consistently, were an integral part of the ceremony and signaled His readiness to depart from the Masjid.
