What series of events led to Balabuva Satarkar performing the Ram Navami Kirtan in Shirdi?

A unique chain of events brought Balabuva Satarkar to Shirdi. According to Chapter 6, his usual Ram Navami Kirtan service at Kavthe, for which he received an annual grant, was cancelled due to a plague outbreak in the village. This unexpected free time provided the opportunity to visit Shirdi and fulfilled a desire in his heart for Baba's Darshan. He met with Dixit, a great devotee of Baba, and expressed his wish to have Darshan and perform Kirtan. Dixit promised to seek Sai Baba's permission, and the timely arrival of Kaka Mahajani with Prasad was seen as a good omen. Ultimately, Baba gave his approval, and Balabuva was able to travel to Shirdi and perform the festival.
