What sequence of events led to Dixit Kaka receiving Baba's portrait at Mirikar's house?

The events unfolded through a series of fortunate coincidences. According to Chapter 51, Nanasahib Panshe and Appasahib Gadre happened upon Madhavrao Deshpande at Chitali station and directed him to Mirikar's house to meet Dixit Kaka, who was very eager to visit Shirdi. At Mirikar's house, Madhavrao and Dixit were introduced by Balasaheb Mirikar, and they quickly made a plan to travel to Shirdi on the ten o'clock night train. Following this, Balasaheb unveiled a portrait of Sai Baba, which had been sent to him for repairs. He entrusted this portrait to Madhavrao, to be taken to Shirdi in the company of Dixit, who was overwhelmed with joy upon seeing the image of the one whose darshan he so longed for.
