What sequence of events and coincidences led to Madhavrao Deshpande meeting Kakasaheb Dixit?

The meeting was a remarkable chain of coincidences described in Chapter 51. It began when Nanasahib Panshe and Appasahib Gadre happened to see Madhavrao Deshpande at Chitali station. Knowing that Kakasaheb Dixit was at Mirikar's house and was very eager to visit Shirdi, they insisted that Madhavrao was the perfect person to accompany him.
