What sacred texts did Sai Baba want his devotees to read, and who did he assign to read them?

📖 Chapter 18

Sai Baba placed great importance on the daily reading of specific sacred texts for the spiritual welfare of his followers. As detailed in Chapter 18, the two main books he emphasized were the commentary on the Gita known as Jnaneshwari (or Bhavartha Deepika) and the Nath Bhagawat, which is the eleventh Skandha of the Bhagavat. Baba believed these divinely inspired books could lead to salvation. He would assign the task of reading them aloud to specific devotees in Shirdi. The texts mention that this assignment was given to Sakharam Hari Jog and Bapusaheb Jog, who would read daily in Sathe’s Wada for the benefit of all who came to listen.
