What sacred books did Sai Baba encourage his devotees to read in Shirdi, and who was assigned to read them?

📖 Chapter 18

Sai Baba strongly encouraged the daily reading of sacred texts for the spiritual welfare of his devotees. As detailed in Chapter 18, the two main books emphasized were the Bhagavad Gita, specifically the commentary Jnaneshwari, and the Nath Bhagawat, which is the eleventh Skandha of the Bhagavat. Baba assigned this important task of reading and explaining the scriptures to his devotee Sakharam Hari Jog, also known as Bapusaheb Jog. These readings took place in Sathe’s Wada and were a great opportunity for all devotees to listen and benefit from the divine knowledge.
