What's the story behind the Dixit Wada in Shirdi? How did it come to be built?

The construction of the Dixit Wada was a direct result of Kakasaheb Dixit's growing devotion to Sai Baba following his first visit. As described in Chapter 4, after his initial darshan in November 1909, he returned in December of the same year with a desire to become a resident. His first thought was to help build a tin roof for pilgrims, but this idea soon evolved into a firm decision to build a spacious stone Wada. He sought Baba's approval, and the foundation stone was laid the following year on December 10th, creating a significant structure for visiting devotees.
