What's the story behind the construction of Dixit Wada in Shirdi? When was the foundation laid?

After his first darshan of Sai Baba in November 1909, Dixit returned in December of the same year with a desire to become a resident. His initial thought was to build a tin roof for the convenience of pilgrims. However, as Chapter 4 describes, this idea soon evolved into a firm decision to build a proper Wada. He sought and received Baba's approval, and the foundation stone was laid on December 9th. The following day, December 10th, Baba formally gave Dixit the order to proceed with the foundation, an event that coincided with the arrival of Dixit's brothers and Dadasaheb Khaparde.
