What's the story behind how the Dixit Wada was built in Shirdi?

The idea for the Dixit Wada evolved over time. After his first darshan of Sai Baba in November 1909, Dixit returned in December and wished to become a resident. His initial thought was to build a simple tin-roofed structure. However, as Chapter 4 recounts, this idea soon grew into a firm decision to construct a proper Wada. The following year, on December 9th, after receiving Baba's approval, the foundation was completed. The next day, December 10th, Baba gave Dixit the final go-ahead to lay the foundation, marking a key milestone in the Wada's construction and providing much-needed accommodation for pilgrims.
