What's the origin story of the Dixit Wada? I'm curious how it went from an idea to a finished foundation.

The concept for what would become Dixit Wada began during Dixit's second visit to see Sai Baba in December 1909. His initial thought was modest: to take twenty-five shares and construct a simple tin-roofed shelter for the convenience of pilgrims. According to Chapter 4, this idea soon evolved into a firm decision to build a proper stone Wada. The following year, after receiving Baba's approval, the foundation stone was laid on December 9th, an auspicious time. In a remarkable coincidence, Dixit's brothers arrived on that very day without even being called to attend the foundation ceremony.
