Chapter 51 describes how devotees would adorn Him with various ornaments and beautiful clothes, such as a gold-embroidered dress or a turban. They would anoint His body with sandalwood and lovingly place garlands of diamonds, pearls, and emeralds around His neck. Some would apply a fragrant mark of musk on His forehead, while others would wash His feet and offer worship with water or place betel leaf (tambool) in His mouth.
