What rituals and acts of devotion took place once Sai Baba arrived at the Chavadi?

Upon arriving at the Chavadi, a series of specific rituals and loving acts of devotion would unfold. According to Chapter 51, Baba would first stop and face north, making ritualistic hand movements as if calling to someone. He was then seated with honor inside the Chavadi. Devotees would lovingly adorn Him with various ornaments and beautiful clothes, such as a crest, a golden crown, or a gold-embroidered dress. They placed garlands of diamonds, pearls, and emeralds around His neck, applied a fragrant musk mark on His forehead, washed His feet in worship, and placed betel leaf (tambool) in His mouth, showcasing their deep reverence and affection.
