What qualities does Chapter 48 say are NOT sufficient to be considered a Sadguru?

Chapter 48 of the Sai Satcharitra lists several qualities that, on their own, are insufficient for one to be called a Sadguru. The chapter mentions that wise men do not consider someone a Sadguru merely for their ability to study the Vedas, understand the six Shastras, or explain Vedanta.
