What prophecy did Sai Baba make to Ramchandra Dada Patil when he was near death?

📖 Chapter 42

When Ramchandra Dada Patil of Shirdi was gravely ill and had lost all hope, Sai Baba's form appeared at his bedside. Despairing, Patil asked Baba when his own death would come. According to Chapter 42, Baba, the embodiment of compassion, reassured him, saying, "Your danger to life (Gandantara) has passed; why do you grieve?" He told Patil that his 'Hundi' or life span had been returned. However, Baba then made a startling prophecy concerning another devotee, Tatya. He foretold that in the Shaka year 1840, during Vijayadashami, Tatya would "attain the eternal state." Baba specifically instructed Ramchandra not to reveal this to Tatya, fearing he would lose heart.
