What path to liberation is outlined in Chapter 19, and what are the necessary prerequisites?

📖 Chapter 19

Chapter 19 teaches that the ultimate duty of human birth is to attain liberation, fearlessness, and the Supreme Self. The text makes it very clear that there can be no liberation without knowledge. This knowledge, in turn, is not attainable without detachment from worldly things. The process begins when the mind starts to perceive the world as transient and impermanent, which is the spark that ignites detachment. As long as the ego of being a "doer" and "enjoyer" persists, one remains trapped in the cycle of pleasure and pain, making liberation impossible. This entire spiritual progression is a core theme presented in Chapter 19.
