What methods did Maharaj use to help people when he first arrived, and did he ever change his approach?

Initially, Maharaj actively helped people by providing medicines, for which he never accepted any money. As detailed in Chapter 0, if a patient was not being properly cared for, he would personally attend to them. Over time, his method evolved. He later stopped giving conventional medicine and instead began giving 'Udi,' or sacred ash, which also brought relief to people. Maharaj himself acknowledged this shift, stating that he used to give medicine but later stopped and simply chanted 'Hari Hari,' through which he eventually 'met Hari.'
