What led to the construction of the Dixit Wada, and when was its foundation laid?

The idea for the Dixit Wada evolved over time. After his first darshan in November 1909, Kakasaheb Dixit wished to become a resident. His first thought, as mentioned in chapter 4, was to contribute to building a tin roof for pilgrims. However, this idea soon grew into a firm decision to build a proper stone Wada. After taking Baba's approval, the foundation stone was laid the following year. Chapter 4 states that the foundation was completed on the tenth of December, a day considered to be an auspicious time.
