What led Kakasaheb Dixit to eventually meet Sai Baba for the first time?

A series of seemingly unrelated events culminated in Kakasaheb Dixit's first meeting with Sai Baba. The journey began when he went on a trip to England, where he unfortunately slipped and injured his foot, resulting in a physical lameness. As Chapter 4 describes, this appeared to be bad luck but was actually an auspicious event in disguise. Because of this injury, he later met Chandorkar, who told him about the fame of Sai.
