What items and services did Kashiram vow to provide for Maharaj?

Kashiram was a devoted follower who served Maharaj with his body, mind, and wealth. According to the account in Chapter 0, he undertook several specific services. He took a vow to provide Maharaj with chillum and tobacco, as well as firewood for his sacred Dhuni. In addition to these material provisions, he also offered money when needed and would place his entire money bag before Maharaj, inviting him to take as much as he wished. He also stitched and gifted Maharaj a green kafni and cap, though Maharaj typically wore white.
