What is the understanding of life, death, and rebirth (Samsara) presented in Chapter 37, and how can one break this cycle?

📖 Chapter 37

Chapter 37 explains that what we perceive as life is a 'manifest' state that comes from the unmanifest, and what we call 'death' is simply its return to the unmanifest. The cycle of birth and death, or Samsara, is said to turn eternally behind those who hold a deluded sense of difference from the divine. The text states, 'Parabrahman is different from me; I am not that'—this knowledge of difference is what subjects a person to death and rebirth. To transcend this cycle, one must realize the oneness of the Self and Brahman. As Chapter 37 indicates, a person must cross over the 'nooses of death,' such as ignorance and anger, and realize the non-dual truth that the same divine principle pervades everything, from the creator down to a blade of grass.
